Wetlands Protection Development Grants, Section 104(b)(3)

The EPA Wetlands Protection Development Grants program provides financial assistance to states, federally recognized Indian tribes and local governments to support wetlands development or augmentation and enhancement of existing programs.  Project grants are used to fund individual projects.  States or tribes must provide a 25 percent match of the total cost of the project.  This EPA program is administered by the Utah Governor's Office of Planning and Budget.  Contact:  Nancy Keate, Utah Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (801) 538-1548.
